Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Items with original tags and packaging
  • Non-personalized products

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Sale items (unless defective)

How to Return

  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number
  3. Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging
  4. Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
